I would very much recommend Paul Jackson - the survey was promptly carried out and the report was extremely thorough, clear and came through quickly. The work was competitively priced and could not have been any better. I have already recommended this company to friends.
Just a note to say thank you for the Homebuyer survey which was very clear and thorough and extremely helpful. Thank you also for the fast turnaround. Paul Jackson was great. Very prompt at responding to the request for a quote, he also carried out the survey prior to receiving my payment and delivered the report virtually instantly. The service exceeded all expectations and I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to others. Less than 1 week from instructing Paul to receiving the report. Brilliant!

I spoke to Paul around 10.30am on Friday 2nd October 2009, explained I needed a building survey as I had a water leak within the property and have been unable to locate the source of the problem, he arranged to come and see me the same day at 2.30pm. FANTASTIC!!!
Paul arrived on time and carried out his investigations in a thorough and extremely polite and professional manner.
Once Paul had found the fault within my property he explained to me what I needed to do in detail to rectify the problem.
I was so pleased with the service that Paul had provided for me I have advertised his company on our internal email 'notice board' for the NHS, and also passed on his details onto friends of mine who are looking to sell and purchase properties.
If in the future I ever need to deal with surveyors again, Paul will definitely be the only person to contact.

I was very impressed with Paul Jackson he rang me within 5 minutes of receiving my enquiry and said his secretary would telephone me to arrange. His secretary rang within another 5 minutes and everything was arranged there and then. I would recommend them.

I had several emails from local surveyors and a telephone call from Paul Jackson, who was absolutely fantastic.
The work Paul did was great, and his report came in good time. We were under a time pressure, so I was glad to receive such an efficient service.
I am happy to recommend Paul Jackson to anyone. He was fast and efficient, he followed up any subsequent queries and was polite and respectful throughout. All in all a very satisfactory outcome.

I write to thank you for your prompt response to your request for advice earlier this month when removal men had expressed doubts about the integrity of the upper floor onto which they were unloading large numbers of books and weighty academic impedimenta at this property.
Your visit, and your letter of 4 November were most reassuring and the remainder of my effects were safely unloaded a week later. I am most grateful for your help in this matter and should have written sooner, but the chaos of moving has left few gaps for the proper courtesies.
